REG 25 WAY 36,

At the bottom of page 1, I think the word "touts" should be used

instead of "floating hotels".

(2)

At foot of saa puge after the words "proceed to Canton" should r think be inserted, "after their clothing was disinfected.

(3)

On page 2 where reference is made to plague patients and corpsas ware to be allowsi to leave the Colony something should te sali about the number of dead found in the streets, as it was one of the strongest reasons for consenting to the proposal for removals.' It should also be said that the permission to reaove has not yet been availed of.

(4)

I do not know whether His Excellency's meno calls for suggestions as to measures for radically exterminating the plague and preventing its recurrence because if so the subject requires consideration for a scheme

for that purpose.'
